This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring its efficient functioning. This multifaceted role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Assistance:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and Head of Acquisition.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and visitors to the executive team.
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the executive team.
  1. Project Management:
  • Assist in the management and tracking of key projects and initiatives on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Prepare project status reports and updates for the executive team on a weekly basis.
  1. Operations Assistant:
  • Coordinate and oversee various operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Manage office, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Be a key liaison for human resources engagement.
  1. Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Team.

Business Development Associate

Location: Philippines

  • Combination of Hunter and Farmer skills required.
  • Be an advocate of the company's vision and mission, to achieve defined objectives.
  • Researching the market and identifying possible clients, cold calling and reporting.
  • Building excellent relationships with new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers within an Account Management capacity.
  • Daily reporting and compliance procedures into CRM and other reports as required.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • As needed, assist with the creation of business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other publications.
  • Able to multi-task with positive outputs.
  • Show great interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and clients in English and Tagalog as required.
  • Respond to all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Operations Assistant

Location: Remote (Philippines Timezone)

Are you an experienced and growth orientated Sales Operations Administrator to join the team.  You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the Head of Acquisition. Your role will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to;

  • Reports generation, validation and sending.
  • Coordinating both internally and with merchants on transaction reports and settlements.
  • Daily reporting on internal reports.
  • Weekly and Monthly analysis reporting.
  • You MUST have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, problem solving and has the ability to work independently.
  • Some weekend work may be required on a case by case basis for emergency or coverage basis.
  • Validation and logging of KYC process for new merchants.
  • Excellent communication in verbal and written.
  • Finance background ideal.

Operations Administrator Duties:

  • Reports generation, validation and sending.
  • Updating internal reports and trackers.
  • Coordinating with Treasury on Settlements.
  • Coordinate with the team to resolve issues.
  • Oversee internal control procedures.
  • Create and oversee implementation of reports.
  • Assist operations and acquisition with day-to-day activities.
  • Validate and approve Merchant KYC onboarding documents.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Raise issues or concerns immediately with COO.
  • Maintains strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers and merchants.
  • Prioritise your tasks to suit the circumstances.

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 1-year minimum proven experience in an operations or similar role.
  • Strong aptitude to learn new applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to adapt to work environment.
  • Shows leadership potential and takes initiative.
